Ryan is a Rhode Island native and 2020 Palmer College of Chiropractic West graduate.

During his time at Palmer West, Ryan focused on bridging the gap between exercise and chiropractic care through several clubs and organizations on campus. He was an active member of the school’s sports council, which treated athletes at different sporting events in the Bay Area. After completing graduate school in San Jose, CA, he decided to move back to the East Coast to practice in Boston.

From a young age, Ryan had a passion for sports and exercise. Growing up he played hockey, golf, and ran cross country, which all had a major influence towards his love for movement. Currently, he enjoys working with athletes from all different sports and skill levels.

Ryan finds value in implementing an evidence informed approach to care, which allows him to efficiently treat all types of musculoskeletal complaints. His main goal is to get you back to doing what you love most, as soon as possible!

Registered Dietitian and Board Certified Sports Dietitian

I am from New Hampshire, and I graduated from the University of New Hampshire in 2019 with my Bachelors in Nutrition and Dietetics before going on to complete my Masters in Nutritional Sciences at Boston University. I also completed my 1200 hour Dietetic Internship with Boston University, Lowell General Hospital, and Walden Behavioral Care. I chose to become a dietitian first out of a passion for nutrition and food, and ultimately because I saw a needed gap in our healthcare system - food is a tool to better health and wellness!

I have been practicing as a registered dietitian since 2021 focusing on sports nutrition and eating disorders. I’m passionate about working with those who want to use nutrition to feel their best - whether it be in athletic pursuits or just in their every day life!

I grew up playing soccer and dancing before transitioning to running post-collegiately. During my free time I enjoy spending time with friends, reading fantasy books, and making sourdough bread.
